About me

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a cooperative effort between two people.

The therapist and client are truly “fellow travellers.”

It is through a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship, more than anything else, that it is possible to experience and heal the painful parts of ourselves.

I have had the honor and privilege to travel alongside hundreds of clients, across all ages, over the last 13 years.

I work from a strength-based perspective. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities: family systems work, attachment theory,  Somatic Experiencing trauma work, solution focused therapy, mindfulness-based behavioral strategies (DBT, ACT).
